Do I need experience?
It depends on the role. Tell us about your experience in the message field or attach a resume. It helps a lot with screening.
I don't have a resume. Can I still apply?
Yes. A resume is optional. Your name, phone, job area and city are enough for us to reach you.
Do you charge any fees?
No. Support never charges applicants at any stage. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf, do not pay and let us know.
How long do you keep my application?
Up to 12 months. After that you are welcome to apply again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
